WITAL Visit

The website is live. Now it moves into the shop.

WITAL Visit is half a day at your premises. We set up, stick on, connect and explain: review stands at the till, QR codes on the tables, guest Wi-Fi with your website as the landing page, a tablet for chat or reservations, and a briefing for your team.

€490

per visit

  • Up to 4 hours on site, no travel costs in the Rhine-Main area
  • Stands, cards and tablet at cost, stated in the quote
  • One-time, no subscription

What gets lost between the website and the counter.

Guests would happily leave a review. Nobody asks them, and the link is nowhere.

The menu QR code hangs crooked and leads to a PDF from 2024.

The team does not know that enquiries now arrive in the chat.

What we set up, and where.

Pick a spot in the sample business and see what goes there and what it does. The list below adds up to the half day.

  • Review stand at the till, 30 min. We install: A stand at the till with a QR code straight to the Google review form. What it does: Guests leave a review while paying, while the impression is fresh. What we need from you: Access to the Google Business Profile.
  • QR cards on the tables, 60 min. We install: A QR card on every table, linked to the menu and the reservation page of your website. What it does: Guests read the menu at the table and book their next visit there and then. What we need from you: The current menu as a file.
  • Guest Wi-Fi at the entrance, 60 min. We install: A guest Wi-Fi with its own name; the landing page after sign-in is your website. What it does: Every guest who logs in sees your offers and contact details first. What we need from you: The router's Wi-Fi access.
  • Tablet at the counter, 60 min. We install: A tablet at the counter running WITAL Chat or the reservation form. What it does: Whoever is waiting asks or books on the tablet, and the team stays with the guests. What we need from you: A power socket at the counter.
  • Team briefing, 30 min. We install: A 30-minute briefing of the team, in the office or in the kitchen. What it does: Everyone knows where enquiries now arrive and who answers them. What we need from you: 30 minutes with the team, outside the rush.

Questions about WITAL Visit.

No. WITAL Visit fits any website and any reservation system. With WITAL Start or WITAL Chat the parts simply connect directly: the chat then runs on the tablet, the reservation sits behind the QR code.

We charge materials at cost and state the amounts in the quote. An acrylic stand with print costs a few euros, a tablet with mount between 200 and 400 € depending on the model. You can also buy both yourself.

Yes, as long as every guest is asked, nobody is rewarded for a review and there is no pre-selection. That is how we design the stand. This is not legal advice; for your case ask a lawyer.

The guest landing page only works with routers that allow a guest page. Whether yours does is checked beforehand by phone. If not, we set up a guest Wi-Fi without a landing page and put up a QR code for connecting.

Once, at the start. When the menu or links change you swap the cards yourself; you have the print files. For a second location you book another visit.
