One site visit with photos and laser measurement is always included. Delivered 10 working days after the visit. The fixed prices apply to properties on one level with flat ceilings. Surcharge of 25% for one and 50% for several of these features: occupied and fully furnished, bay windows or rooms with more than six corners, sloped ceilings, split levels. We state the surcharge in the quote before the visit. Extra rendering €120.

Questions about WITAL Space.
We measure with a laser distance meter and cross-check the dimensions. That is enough for listings and for planning furniture. For fitted units and building work, please re-measure on site. It does not replace a certified floor-area calculation under WoFlV; we can arrange one through an architect on request.
Yes. You get the usage rights for listings, your website and property portals such as ImmoScout24 or Immowelt. Furnished views carry a label in the image so nobody expects features that are not there. On request you also get the images without the label; you then label them yourself in the caption.
Access to the rooms for one to two hours, ideally tidied. Existing plans help but are not required.
12 months from delivery. After that we extend on request, or you get the files.
Yes. For businesses, hotels, restaurants and properties above 180 m² you get a fixed-price quote after a short call, from €1,890, without VAT.
